Becky has been an active instructor in felt making for more than two decades. Her passion for her sheep and the wool produce is captured in her spirit and her art. In addition to sharing her knowledge with students of Oconee County through artist in residence, she is often an instructor at John C Campbell folk art school in Brasstown, NC.

Connie Lippert

Connie is a weaver who uses natural fibers and dyes to create her signature wedge weave designs. Her work is represented in museum, corporate, academic and private collections and has been published in numerous magazines. A book featuring her work "Connie Lippert: A Wedge Weaver's Storied Cloth" was recently published. Connie will be available 2 to 4 on Saturday and Sunday to sell and sign her book.

Chris Troy

Chris is an accomplished potter, who plays with nature’s textures, colors and scale to make the viewer appreciate them in new and different way. She will be showing and selling her signature apples, pears, peapods and other wares. Chris is represented locally by Loblolly Arts in Seneca and the Art Gallery on Pendleton Square. Her talents are not limited to her pottery she gives generously of her artistry to the Upstate Heritage Quilt Trail.

Split Creek Farm Goat Dairy

Split Creek is a Grade A goat dairy farm that has produced National and International award winning products for over 30 years. Most recently, their Feta received a score of 99.3 out of 100 at the 2018 World Championship Cheese Competition. This local dairy produces great cheese, milk, yogurt and so much more. They will have samples to taste and lots of products on hand to take home with you.

Stan DuBose is a fulltime art teacher as well as a professional potter. His hand built stoneware pieces range from functional pieces to outdoor art, but every piece is distinctively Stan’s. He too is capitative by the animals and nature that surrounds us and often uses birds, fish and turtles as his subjects.

Robin Anne Cooper uses layers and layers of painted canvas to create her own special brand of collage art. Her pieces are sold throughout the south east. Her art features the fun and playfully nature of her subjects, from dogs, to flowers, to people she embraces texture and color to capture a different and interesting view.

Foothills Farmstead

Foothills Farmstead

The Foothills Farmstead is creating a living-history, working farm as it would have been c.1925 in Oakway, SC. By moving historic structures, the 16-acre farm will allow visitors to experience the agricultural way of life that shaped much of the region. The event booth will have information on the farmstead site plan, photos, newsletters and sample aspects of historic, rural architecture.
